In order to renew your account you must click on the activation link that have been sent to your email at the time of purchase. Sometimes it ends up in the junk/spam folder.
The link will only be valid for 30 days after purchase date, so please make sure you activate it before it expires.

If you try to connect and the account displays expired, it can be due to a cache issue. Please clean the cache of your browser and try to reconnect again. You will find technical support with this link https://clear-my-cache.com

The activation links are valid for 30 days after purchase.

To renew your subscription, please log in to the website and go to the "My Account" page. You will see a button "Renew Subscription". Please click on the button and follow the process, making sure you are using the same email.

In the login page, you will find a link: "I forgot my password". Please click on the link and follow the process.
Make sure you are using the correct email address.
An email will be sent to your mailbox with a link to reset the password.
To define the new password, please make sure you use 8 or more characters, at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number and one symbol.
